Nothing to see here
Thich Nhat Hanh once said:
“The present moment is the greatest teacher.”
And I’ve always found it to be true, every single time, without fail.
If in doubt just stop for a moment and watch your mind do its thing.
It’s genuinely enlightening in the most ordinary, down to earth and practical sense possible.
Do it often enough with open-minded curiosity, instead of judgement, and you find there’s nothing to find.
It’s laughable. All that fuss over, well… nothing really.
